If you have used any Dhawal Tech application that connects to your Instagram, Facebook, or other Meta account, you can request complete deletion of your data from our systems.
Step 1: Send an email to contact@dhawaltech.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Step 2: Include the email address or username associated with your account.
Step 3: We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Upon processing your request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account, any data retrieved from connected third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook), account credentials and access tokens, and any analytics or usage data linked to your account.
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records for accounting and tax compliance. Such data will be retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.
